I cannot say enough about how much I am impressed with this business. My car, 2019, with light grey seats were so dirty and they made them look like I just drove it off the lot in 2026. The communication via, text, emails, etc was outstanding. I never felt that I wasn't being taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend them for any car detailing and I will be back! Thank you

If you you’re looking for someone that knows what they’re doing, & goes above & beyond when it comes to vehicle body work & detailing. Jeremy pays attention to detail, & VEI is the place you need to go! He took told me what needed to be done before he did anything, took care of my truck quickly & efficiently. It’s almost like there never was any damage. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I drive a Hyundai Palisade…I am the original owner and it had not been detailed for over 3 years. I have a GD pup and two teenagers who are in the car almost as much as I am. When I picked up my car it looked as if I was driving it off the car lot, brand new! I highly recommend VEI in Moraine! Their attention to detail is excellent

I have utilized VEI for many services on several of my vehicles. I have always been more than satisfied and very, very pleased. Most recently I took my new vehicle in and when I picked it up I wasn’t completely satisfied with the work that had been preformed. I discussed my concerns with Jeremy and clearly my overall satisfaction was his main concern. My situation involved a third party vendor making the solution a bit more complicated. Jeremy not only took the initiative to coordinate the work with the third party vendor but he checked on my vehicle several times during the process. I have my new vehicle back and it looks beautiful. The inconvenience of being without my vehicle was well worth the outcome. If only all business owners would provide the customer service Jeremy provides, life would be easy!!!!! Try VEI, they won’t disappoint.

Shirley Richardson my experience with this company has been above exceptional it is an excellent establishment. The gentleman Darius who took care of me was, a gentleman, kind and his approach, knew his job quite well. Has good suggestions and reliability. He did just what he said that he was going to do to my vehicle. I've been dealing with this company for years before the pandemic. I have never left disappointed. The car was in Immaculate condition when I left from the establishment. Darius went beyond the Call of Duty to ensure that I was satisfied customer. Thank you very much we need more people like you Darius. You are an asset to this company seriously. Thank you for sharing your skills with me.

They did a fantastic job. Plus they were super nice. They did scratch removal and wax. My headlights were glazed over. Without asking they buffed them out and now they are clean. They were 200.00 cheaper than another out of town detail shop. The other shop was so stupid, they asked if I really wanted both sides of my car done. I would recommend VEI to anyone.

Took my GMC truck there today for wash wash. Looks great. They took the time to wash every nook and crack. Also washed the wheels well. Moved them 180 degrees clean the back of the wheels
